Description
This is a minimalist workout log book that provides a space to log all of the important details that you’ll want to track during your workout:
- Date
- Workout duration
- Muscle group focus
- Sections to track both strength training and cardio
The log book contains two types of pages: A workout log page and a notes page. The workout log pages all include two areas for strength training and cardio, for those of you who do two-a-days. After each workout log page is a “My Notes” page, provided for additional thoughts and notes either of that specific workout or as a place for reflection at the end of your day.
