In response to most of the country being ordered to shelter at home and the impact this is having on regular workouts for myself, my clients, and people all over the world, I created an ebook for you, in an attempt to help out.

This ebook contains over two weeks worth of high intensity, full-body workouts. These are some of the same workouts I run in my weekly Bootcamp group fitness classes. Every single one of these workouts can be completed with either just your own body weight or a combination of body weight and a pair of light or medium weight dumbbells.
